Access to the Website is free, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the User. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

The User's access to the Website does not imply for mayayogourmet.es the obligation to control the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer element. It is up to the User, in any case, the availability of adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs.

mayayogourmet.es is not responsible for any damage caused to the software and computer equipment of Users or third parties during the use of the services offered on the Website.

Consevasyvinos.com is not responsible for damages of any kind caused to the User as a result of failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that produce the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Website service during the provision of the same or previously.

PURCHASE PROCESS

In accordance with article 27 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on services of the information society and electronic commerce (L.S.S.I.) the different procedures to enter into the online contract are recorded. Choose the products you want to buy by clicking on the "Add to cart" button.

At the end of the product selection go to the shopping cart (which allows you the possibility to rectify, eliminate or correct errors in the selection of products). In order to follow the purchase process, you must register as a customer, creating a registered customer account. GENERAL

As a general rule, placing an order in Mayayogourmet implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale reflected in this document. The Customer declares, under his responsibility, to have read and understood these General Conditions of Sale and accept them. No stipulation made by the client may differ from those of Mayayogourmet if they have not been expressly accepted by our online sales department.

Mayayogourmet only accepts orders placed from Spain, in principle. For other destinations consult. The product sheet describes the general characteristics of the same, own photographs. AVAILABILITY

At the time of placing an order, we will contact the customer, either by email or by telephone to communicate any incident on the availability of the product. PRICES

All prices shown in the product sheet do not include the corresponding VAT depending on the items (4, 10 and 21%). Prices are expressed in euros (€). The applicable price will be the one stated at the time the customer made the purchase. The published prices are valid until the end of the validity of the offer. In sales to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla VAT will not be passed on, however the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges. In no case can we determine the amount of taxes to be paid by the customer upon receipt of your order as it depends on local customs.

Please inform yourself of local procedures and taxes (Customs clearance costs and import taxes are not included in the price of the item and must be paid at destination by the recipient of the goods to the competent authorities). On sale to any other country outside the European Community, VAT will not be passed on. However, the customs systems of each country will apply the corresponding tax charges.

Shipping costs are NOT included in the price: These are exposed during the purchase process and will depend on the place of shipment and weight. The company reserves the right to change the prices of the products without prior notice.

PAYMENT METHODS

Mayayogourmet has three payment methods. By bank transfer or deposit account, Pay Pal and credit card

The shipment of the merchandise will not be made until the confirmation of the transfer by the bank. Subsequently, Bantierra will provide us with this data through the so-called bank statements.

DELIVERY TIMES

Mayayogourmet does not send any product or order until we verify the payment of the invoice in the payment methods set out in the previous section. The shipment leaves our facilities the same day or the next day (Monday to Friday). Shipping costs include costs for handling, packaging, shipping and compulsory transport insurance. Mayayogourmet will not make shipments to deliver to PO Boxes. The shipments will be accompanied by your invoice or confirmation of the order (electronic document), the general conditions of sale and withdrawal document.

The customer has the possibility to use his own transport agency or own means (in this case please contact us for shipping details). The costs and delivery times are borne by the company hired by the client. At the time of purchase you can indicate a second delivery address (example: company where you work), address where you will be most of the day to be able to make the delivery and not generate additional shipping costs. Mayayogourmet is not responsible for the delivery of the goods at home and for possible delays in the delivery time.

Deliveries from Monday to Friday. Delivery times are stipulated by the transport agencies hired by Mayayogourmet (Transport and postal companies). Mainland Spain: E.T: 2-3 working days and Correos 4-5 days. Balearic Islands: Post Office 4-5 working days. Canary Islands: Post Office 6-8 working days. Ceuta and Melilla: Post Office 3-5 working days.

SHIPPING COSTS

The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have a different tax regime to mainland Spain-the Balearic Islands and are considered non-EU territories. For this reason, customs clearance costs and import taxes are not included in the price of the item and must be paid at destination by the recipient of the goods to the competent authorities. In accordance with article 60.2.d of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on services of the information society and electronic commerce (L.S.S.I.) the procedures available to the consumer to terminate the contract are recorded.

The customer who has confirmed the order in the purchase process may cancel the order in the following situations:
